Open call for Spread 004: New World

Now accepting written and visual submissions!

You open your eyes, and a New World lies before you. Where do you begin?

Calling all futurists, anarchists, historical daydreamers, pessimistic narrators, and utopian optimists. Dismantle the limitations of reality, time and space and tell us about your New World. Perhaps you have visions of a new world, or one already past - write it down, draw it, mold it and shape it into a narrative for Spread 004: New World.

We are pleased to announce that the open call for Spread 004: New World is open and we are now accepting submissions. The deadline for submission is Sunday 10 January, 2021.

Visual submissions should be sent in CMYK, resolution 300dpi.

The success of Spread 003: The Anger Issue has been incredibly uplifting and encouraging. Copies went out to counties across the country, and we found a new home with The Library Project who kindly offered to sell the remaining copies to customers in Ireland and abroad. There are currently less than ten copies of Spread 003 left. If you know someone who would be interested in submitting work, we highly recommend pointing them in the direction of TLP to purchase a copy, or you can lend them your copy (and make them promise to return it to you). We know that Spread 004: New World will be an exciting adventure and we are planning several online activities for our readers to get you inspired for the next issue.
